The Department of Classics at the University of Maryland, College Park, invites papers and workshop proposals for a conference on May 2-4, 2019 entitled “Teaching Rome at Home”!

The Department of Classics announces with pride the recent promotions of three members of our faculty.

Two Classics majors were among the seven seniors recently chosen to receive the highest student honor awarded by the College of Arts and Humanities.
