Opportunities specific to Classics:

A number of internships for undergraduates are offered annually through the Center for Hellenic Studies in Washington, D.C., which is affiliated with Harvard University. Since it is a research center for the study of ancient Greek literature, history, and culture, some knowledge of ancient Greek is desirable:
