Prof. Wasdin's Romance Class visits Dumbarton Oaks

Prof. Wasdin took her Romance class to an exhibit on late antiquity at Dumbarton Oaks.

Students from Prof. Wasdin's class on ancient and modern romance novels visited Dumbarton Oaks Museum on Friday, Dec. 1st. Betsy Williams, the curator of a new exhibition entitled "Rich in Blessings: Women, Wealth, and the Late Antique Household," led them through the gallery and discussed the aesthetic and economic properties of late antique and Byzantine jewelry and textiles.
