Dr. Polyvia Parara receives recognition on her paper "Revisiting the Tragic Poets: Why they are Relevant for Modernity" at Baltimore conference.
Dr. Polyvia Parara has been accepted to deliver her paper entitled "Revisiting the Tragic Poets: Why they are Relevant for Modernity" at the 53rd NeMLA Annual Conference, hosted by Johns Hopkins University on March 10-13, 2022 in Baltimore, MD. Dr Polyvia Parara was also accepted to deliver one more paper at the fifteenth Global Studies Conference, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens - School of Philosophy, Athens, Greece, 21-23 July 2022. This paper is entitled "The Modernity of Athenian Democracy: An Answer to the Crisis of Politics in the Era of Globalization". both her papers stem from her research and book project on the modernity of Ancient Greeks.
